Travel Counsellors Limited (TCL) “we”, “us”, “our” is a controller under data protection law.
As a YTC customer, your personal data may be processed by Your Travel Counsellor (your individual franchisee) and by TCL.
Travel Counsellors including your YTC adviser are also controllers of your data. In most situations, your Counsellor and TCL are joint controllers, working together to deliver your travel arrangements.
Sometimes, your Travel Counsellor acts independently for example, when managing their own marketing activity or deciding how best to communicate with you. If you have any questions about how your individual Counsellor handles your data, you can always contact them directly.
“Personal data” means any information that identifies you. Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:
